Skype on, But cannot browse internet

1) Go to start, run, cmd, OK 
2) After Cmd opens type this:- 
netsh winsock reset catalog 
--press enter 

3) and again after pressing enter 

netsh intip reset reset.log 

4) Reboot!!!!
